Overview:
Scheels Bow Technicians provide world-class service through expert fitting, repair, and maintenance of bows and archery equipment to meet the customers needs. This position combines technical skills and customer focus to represent Scheels as friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous to both customers and fellow associates.

Responsibilities:
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must have a bow draw-weight of 70lbs.
Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to also exert up to 50 - 80 lbs of pulling force regularly.
