Arcade Attendant - TucsonDuties include, but are not limited to:Multitask in the redemption booth, selling game cards and redeeming prizes simultaneously.Ensure guest safety by following all required safety processes and protocolsAnticipate guest perception / needsEnsure proper usage of RHC equipment (Kiosks, card readers, POS systems, bowling equipment, arcade games, laser tag, Krazy Darts, Intercard, etc)Answer phones with professionalism, effectively addressing guest questions and concernsKnow and communicate ROADIES game card and point redemptionConduct ticket, game and redemption sales, knowing company policy when to offer compsEngage in professional communications with staff and guests at all timesHelp to maintain and clean arcade games and equipment, laser tag, bowling area, Krazy Darts & troubleshoot minor problems, and help guests with questions or issues related to gamesDaily verification of correct price labels on the appropriate prizesMaintain ROADIES cleanliness inside and out, including debris in walk waysComplete side-work as assignedReview bathroom cleanliness each time you use it (per training guidelines)Arcade trash removalPerform other duties as assignedMust have the following qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust have reliable transportationMust be able to work weekends, nights and holidaysCome join the fun!Roadhouse Cinemas & ROADIES is a dine-in movie theater, an arcade and social gaming concept, featuring fun group activities like bowling, Krazy Darts, Laser tag, axe throwing and tons of arcade games combined with a full bar and full-service restaurant.
