Arcade and ATM Service Specialist (Field)

Do you enjoy fixing things, solving puzzles, and working on the move? Are electromechanical systems your kind of challenge? Join us to keep ATMs and amusement machines operating smoothly across our service area.

What you’ll do

  • Install and set up ATMs and arcade/amusement equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software faults.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Swap components: bill validators, card readers, monitors, wiring, buttons, and related parts.
  • Load firmware/software updates.
  • Restock and service machines during planned site visits.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams; deliver professional service.

What you bring

  • Valid Class E driver’s license; solid driving record.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting capability.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Comfort reading manuals and wiring diagrams (preferred).
  • Background with arcade games, vending, kiosks, ATMs, or similar equipment is a plus—but not required.
  • Independent, self‑motivated work style.

Physical requirements

  • Lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder climbing, and confined‑space work.
  • Extended standing and walking.

When you’ll work

  • Monday–Friday primary schedule.
  • One weekend every 3–4 weeks.
  • Emergency on‑call rotation: 1–2 days per week.
  • Occasional overnights.
