Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience | Full-time
What you'll do
- Lead shifts of up to 8 team members: assign positions, coach, and keep service moving
- Make sure food safety, cleanliness and quality standards are met every shift
- Handle cash: opening and closing registers, deposits, and resolving shortages
- Help with inventory counts, ordering, and food and labor cost control
- Train new team members and support their development
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
- Follow company policy and all wage-and-hour and labor laws, including breaks and minor work rules
- Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of restaurant or food-service experience; supervisory experience preferred
- ServSafe certification is a plus (we'll help you get certified)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Availability for opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts
Physical requirements
- Able to stand and walk for a full shift
- Able to lift and carry 40–50 lbs
- Able to work around hot equipment and cleaning chemicals
