Job Title: A/R Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Job Location: Houston, TX
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days on-site / 2 days remote; 9/80 schedule available after 90 days
Compensation: $75k–$85k Base Salary DOE + Comprehensive Health Benefits + 401(k) with up to 8% Total Employer Contribution

Requirements:
· 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
· Strong experience with collections, invoicing, and cash applications
· Experience handling cash applications across multiple banks
· Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
· Previous supervisory or management experience

Job Details

Our client is seeking an A/R Supervisor to oversee accounts receivable operations within its growing organization. This hands-on role will focus on collections, invoicing, cash applications, team support, and process improvement while working closely with the broader finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day accounts receivable operations
· Manage collections and monitor aged receivables
· Support invoicing and cash application processes across multiple bank accounts
· Supervise and support the A/R team while remaining hands-on with daily activities
· Monitor A/R performance and ensure collections are completed accurately and timely
· Provide hands-on coverage and support as needed
· Identify opportunities to improve A/R processes, controls, and efficiencies

Requirements:
· 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
· Strong experience with collections, invoicing, and cash applications
· Experience handling cash applications across multiple banks
· Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
· Previous supervisory or management experience
