Looking for a detail-oriented AR Specialist who enjoys keeping things balanced, accurate, and moving!
What Youll Do:
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Reconcile and monitor credit card accounts
Manage and track petty cash
Prepare and send AR statements (weekly/as needed)
Assist with cash applications and account reconciliations
Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently
Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed
What Were Looking For:
Associate degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data organization)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and meet daily deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills
