Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities and customer account maintenance.
• 
  
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances via phone and email.
• 
  
• Process customer payments and apply cash accurately and timely.
• 
  
• Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and supporting documentation.
• 
  
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and account issues.
• 
  
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate receivable records.
• 
  
• Assist with cash application, deposits, and payment posting.
• 
  
• Support month-end close activities and AR reporting.
• 
  
• Partner with internal departments to resolve billing and customer account concerns.
• 
  
• Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related accounting experience.
• 
  
• Experience working in a high-volume transactional environment.
• 
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 
  
• Ability to professionally handle collections and payment-related conversations.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• 
  
• Experience within wholesale, retail, distribution, consumer products, or eCommerce environments is a plus.
