AR Specialist

In this role, you’ll help keep our billing operation running smoothly by:

•  Preparing and reviewing accurate customer invoices

•  Managing invoice submissions and customer billing portals

•  Researching and resolving billing discrepancies

•  Tracking invoice disputes, credits, rebills, and adjustments

•  Maintaining accurate customer and billing records

•  Reconciling billing and receivable transactions

•  Supporting reporting, audits, and other AR activities

•  Partnering with Operations, customers, and internal teams to solve problems

 What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Great at follow-through

• Comfortable researching and solving discrepancies

• Professional and customer-focused

• A strong communicator and team player

• Able to manage multiple priorities and systems

Qualifications include:

   • High school diploma or GED required-Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

   • Prior billing, accounts receivable, accounting support, or comparable administrative experience

   • Working knowledge of customer invoicing and supporting documentation

   • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook

Experience with transportation, depot, repair, or service billing is a plus!
