What You'll Be Doing
Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices
Apply and post customer payments via ACH, wire, check, and credit card transactions
Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Communicate professionally with customers regarding account status and payments
Assist with month-end close activities and AR reporting
Process credit memos, adjustments, and account corrections
Partner with internal departments to improve billing and collection processes
Help ensure accuracy and compliance within accounting procedures
What We're Looking For
3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or related accounting experience
Strong understanding of invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
High-volume invoicing and cash application experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
