Qualifications:
AR Specialists are responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generating weekly aging reports in a timely manner. Applicant will also be responsible for reaching monthly cash collections goals by working directly with clients and minimizing risk to the company of balances becoming uncollectible. Specialists will also help reconcile quarterly accounting items to help ensure the company remains in good standing. Work will also include risk mitigation and working closely with the business to reduce sales adjustments.

Typically Required: · Bachelor’s Degree or relative professional experience not required but preferred · Strong Excel Skills · Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math SkillsEx · Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task · Strong ability to collaborate with others · Confidence in your abilities and desire for continued growth · Curiosity around process improvements · Strong communication skills both written and verbal · Hard work and High Character above all else · Experience working with AI tools and implementing AI process/prompts/capabilities. Co-pilot, Claude etc..
Typically Preferred: • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration. |
