Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour
Hours: Weekdays, standard business hours

The AR Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and collecting accounts receivable across all five divisions of the company, working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues and ensure timely payment. As an Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and customer relationships. You'll work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure outstanding balances are collected efficiently and accurately. What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and collecting accounts receivable by contacting customers via phone and email
  • Researching and resolving customer account issues, escalating internally when needed
  • Identifying slow-paying accounts and recommending appropriate collection actions
  • Preparing and distributing monthly customer statements
  • Applying cash receipts accurately and timely to customer accounts
  • Processing customer credit applications and supporting credit reviews
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of collections and accounts receivable experience
  • Experience with Oracle ERP system a plus
