Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary: $55,000-$58,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Bank deposit checks via deposit remote scanner
• Reconciling bank deposits as necessary
• Process and post ACH/direct debit files
• Verify, post, and allocate payment details of resident to the accounting system
• Post recurring assessments monthly or quarterly and update annual assessment amounts
• Process resale transfers for settlements and new owner records
• Charge late fees for delinquent accounts and post legal fees
• Process security deposit refunds
• Process returned and rejected payments
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 3+ years of accounts receivable related experience
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Jenark/Onsite experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
