What You'll Do

As an AR Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting key accounts receivable and accounting functions, including:

• 
  
• Manage and process high-volume customer invoicing activities
• 
  
• Analyze invoicing workflows and recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
• 
  
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and research discrepancies
• 
  
• Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• 
  
• Extract, organize, and analyze financial data from ERP and banking systems
• 
  
• Prepare reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for accounting and financial reporting
• 
  
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records
• 
  
• Support collections and account resolution efforts as needed
• 
  
• Serve as a backup resource for Accounts Payable and other accounting functions
• 
  
• Partner with team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
• 
  

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 
  
• Experience utilizing Sage 100 in an accounting or finance environment
• 
  
• Proven success managing high-volume invoicing processes
• 
  
• Strong account reconciliation experience
• 
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

  • Pivot Tables

  • Data analysis and manipulation

  • Large dataset management

  • Reporting and reconciliation support
