AR Analyst - Chargebacks to support a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $65k
Position Overview: The AR Analyst - Chargebacks will focus on managing and resolving customer chargebacks within a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple ERP systems while supporting timely resolution of deductions and disputes.
Responsibilities of the AR Analyst - Chargebacks:- Manage and resolve customer chargebacks within Accounts Receivable.
- Support AR processes in a high-volume wholesale environment (big box and/or high-volume e-commerce exposure is highly relevant).
- Work across multiple ERP systems and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support timely resolution of deductions and disputes.
Required Experience/Skills for the AR Analyst - Chargebacks:- 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Chargebacks experience.
- High-volume wholesale AR experience (big box and/or high-volume e-commerce strongly preferred).
- Strong systems aptitude and comfort working in multiple ERPs.
- Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and initiative.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the AR Analyst - Chargebacks:- Microsoft Dynamics experience.
- Carixa experience.
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience.
