RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead energizing, safe, and educational Aqua Zumba classes to support the YMCA mission and goals.
- Answer member questions and provide support in achieving their wellness goals.
- Build authentic relationships with members and foster connections within the YMCA community.
- Maintain accurate class attendance records and follow YMCA policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED, Oxygen administration, YMCA Water Fitness Instructor certification, and Aqua Zumba certification.
- Minimum of one year teaching group wellness classes preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to conduct classes, swim, walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift.
- Perform all physical aspects of the position effectively.
