Job Title: Apriso Solution Architect
Location: Remote: Chicago Ridge, IL
Duration: 06 Months with possible extension
Pay Range: $50-$65/hr W2/C2C
Must-have:
Multiple DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM implementations as Solution Architect on Apriso versions 2016 to 2026
Requirements analysis workshops, solution design and Fit-Gap Analysis for Apriso implementations
Functional knowledge of manufacturing operations: Order Management, Production Execution, Quality Inspection, Maintenance Management, Warehouse Operations, Time & Labor and Complex Assembly
Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements
Conversant with Apriso Screen Framework and screen-building methodologies, including AJAX
Customizing solutions using Apriso out-of-the-box user controls and business components
Proficient in JavaScript / C# Script and SQL Server / Oracle databases; sound knowledge of RDBMS concepts and Object-Oriented Programming
Hands-on troubleshooting, writing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures and user-defined functions (SQL Server 2012+) using SQL Profiler / DTA
Hands-on experience in Process Builder, Machine Integration, Business Integration and Global Process Manager
ERP integration mapping using XSLT transformation; shop-floor integration via OPC DA/UA or RS232 with Apriso MI
Implementation of the standard Apriso Archiving solution
Good-to-have:
Schema Builder and DAL Wizard to build custom DLLs and business components
Database performance monitoring and tuning (SQL Profiler, traces, execution plans, deadlock/contention resolution)
Back-up, restoration and replication strategies; creation and management of constraints and indexes
Supporting developers with complex SQL, DML tuning and stored procedure development
Roles & Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into formal Requirement Specifications and Design Documents; build business logic, screens and mappings as per design and validate results with business representatives
Lead requirements workshops, solution design and Fit-Gap Analysis for Apriso implementations
Create solution architectures that balance project-specific needs with the wider enterprise architecture
Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams to produce optimal solutions
Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to initiate, design, deliver and govern projects
Support the team and customer through Testing & Validation and shop-floor roll-out
Support implemented Apriso MES solutions by monitoring and optimizing business logic and DB queries; address configuration queries, monitor performance and communicate functional and technical issues
Participate in RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, estimate effort and prepare project plans
