Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Apriso MES Support Engineer to provide operational and production support for a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) environment. The role will focus on maintaining system stability, troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments, and collaborating with manufacturing and IT teams to ensure efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Apriso MES applications.
• Monitor system performance and resolve production issues.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Support system deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and IT teams to address manufacturing system issues.
• Escalate critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain support documentation and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience supporting Apriso MES environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and business processes.
• Experience with incident management and system monitoring.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a production environment.

Preferred Skills:

• SQL and database troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing applications.
• Knowledge of deployment and change management processes.
