Serves as the first point of intake for Office Administration requests, owning shared inbox management, ticket triage and routing, and maintenance of operational trackers and records. Provides day to day administrative support to the Office Administration team and business functions, and supports office communications through simple creative and design work. Ensures requests are documented, prioritized, and moved to closure within service standards across assigned shifts.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities
Qualifications (Required)
Work Setup: Onsite in Clark.
Working Schedule: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in office administration, shared services, or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation standards.
