Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Experience in online sales, acquisition, business development, or cold-calling.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role working with digital advertising products.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in media account management or the advertising industry.
  • Experience in managing and customizing for a customer base.
  • Experience in the mobile industry from a sales perspective.
  • Experience in working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in mobile apps and digital advertising.

The Onboarding Apps team plays a critical role in Googles acquisitions organization and is responsible for a substantial portion of Googles advertising business growth across the globe.

In this role, youll be a critical member of our Onboarding team, managing the onboarding of new mobile-first customers for Google throughout the region. You will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of app install business in your assigned market from setting strategy to driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will be engaging with new customers and supporting them in learning how best to utilize Google solutions for their business while also developing digital advertising solutions that meet their growth goals and business objectives on iOS and Android.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$125,000 (bonus, equity, benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale customer journey, develop a thorough understanding of clients business and marketing objectives, and then strategically guide them through their initial setup to ensure an accelerated path to sustained investment.
  • Collaborate closely with new business sales (NBS) and Google customer solutions (GCS) teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell.
  • Drive new business growth by consistently achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas for onboarding advertisers.
  • Engage with advertisers proactively via phone and email to understand their business objectives, provide expert guidance, and recommend tailored Google advertising solutions that drive measurable ROI.
  • Strategize opportunities for growth across all of Googles marketing products, including app campaigns, Google Search, the Google Display Network, and YouTube.
