    • Operate manual equipment such as radial drills, saws, and cylindrical grinders.
    • Support production by setting up machines for runs with training and mentorship.
    • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and written work instructions to produce accurate parts.
    • Use hand metrology tools to check dimensions and validate part quality.
    • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets all specifications and tolerances.
    • Make routine machine adjustments under supervision to maintain part accuracy.
    • Keep your workstation organized and safe throughout the shift.
    • Follow established procedures for safety, quality, and manufacturing.

    What You Bring

    • Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in learning machining.
    • Comfort working safely around industrial machinery and tooling.
