What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing concrete floors using professional grinding equipment
Learning how to apply and finish floor coating systems
Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment
Working with your crew to complete jobs and deliver quality results
Keeping job sites clean and organized
This is a physically demanding job. You’ll be on your feet, lifting materials, and working with equipment throughout the day.

Report to our shop each morning before heading to job sites
Early morning start times
Daily hours vary depending on scheduled jobs
Some workdays may be longer than others
This is not a set 9–5 schedule. Flexibility and reliable attendance are important.
