Apprentice Carpenter

Overview

Are you an aspiring carpenter with at least one year of hands-on experience, ready to learn from the best and grow your skills on high-end home renovations? Feinmann, Inc. is looking for a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our award-winning, employee-owned crew.

You'll support kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full-home remodels while learning from industry leaders. This is a chance to work on high-end homes, build your technical and leadership skills, and be part of a team that values excellence, mentorship, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in framing, trim, cabinetry, and installation work
• Support Lead and Skilled Carpenters across all project phases
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sites
• Learn to interpret blueprints and specs for residential projects
• Use hand and power tools under supervision with growing autonomy
• Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and exceed expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential carpentry or construction experience
• Basic tool knowledge and eagerness to grow your technical skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction and contribute to a team environment
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and coworkers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits
