Appointment Setter - WFH - No Experience

We partner with thousands of unions and professional organizations throughout North America to help connect their members and families with information about programs available to them.

Our team works with individuals who have already requested information or indicated an interest in learning more. Rather than traditional cold calling or door-to-door outreach, you'll focus on connecting with members, coordinating appointments, answering initial questions, and making sure they are directed to the appropriate licensed professional.

This work-from-home opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and managing a busy schedule. You'll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and established systems to help you become confident in the role.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Contacting members who have requested program information
• Scheduling phone and virtual appointments at convenient times
• Speaking with members to confirm their interest and explain the next steps
• Coordinating appointments between members and licensed professionals
• Managing follow-up calls and appointment confirmations
• Keeping member information, notes, and scheduling records up to date
• Tracking appointments and ensuring scheduled conversations are completed
• Participating in virtual training, coaching, and development sessions
• Working with your team to maintain a consistent and professional member experience
