Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our Vancouver team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales representatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
+ Schedule and confirm in-home consultation appointments
+ Accurately enter and update customer information
+ Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and internal teams
+ Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
+ Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
+ Previous experience in customer service, call center, or appointment setting preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
+ Positive attitude and professional demeanor
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Basic computer and data entry skills

+ Some evening and weekend availability may be required
