Job Summary: Appointment Setter (Remote, Dallas, TX)
- Conduct high-volume, personalized email outreach to prospective clients in the recruiting and staffing industry.
- Use HubSpot to create, schedule, and manage email campaigns, contact lists, and CRM records.
- Qualify leads, respond to interested prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and meeting details in HubSpot.
- Monitor campaign performance and follow up with prospects to drive engagement.
- Coordinate with sales and recruiting teams to optimize messaging and targeting.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing, privacy, and anti-spam regulations.
