$20–$23 per hour + performance bonuses | $50,000–$70,000+ earning potential
Semper SolR is a veteran-owned solar company looking for motivated, outgoing people who want to build valuable sales skills and increase their earning potential.
Previous solar or sales experience is not required. We provide structured training, scripts, coaching, and ongoing development.
As an Appointment Setter, your role is to connect with homeowners, create interest, qualify potential customers, and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.
Job Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective homeowners by phone and/or in person
- Introduce available solar and energy programs
- Ask qualifying questions
- Create interest and schedule qualified appointments
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes
- Participate in coaching, call reviews, and sales training
- Work toward weekly appointment and performance goals
