First Year Setters: $50,000 – $100,000+

Experienced Setters: $75,000 – $150,000+

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Uncommon is one of Top Tier Solar Solutions top-performing home services sales organizations. We are rapidly expanding our high-performing call center team that's focused on starting conversations and setting quality appointments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Outbound texting and dialing using a structured system

Engaging homeowners in a clear, natural way

Setting qualified appointments for our field team

COMPENSATION

• 1099 independent contractor

• Commission-only — no base salary

• Upfront pay on qualified closed deals 

• No cap on earnings
