    Description

    This is a remote position.

    About the Role

    Help a growing financial planning practice keep a busy calendar full. You'll call prospective and existing clients to schedule appointments with our Financial Professional, building trust and creating a great first impression. This is not a sales role; you won't be selling financial products, just opening the door to a conversation.

    Long-term growth path: candidates willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (within 90 days) can grow into licensed client support, application assistance, and eventually a Client Relationship Manager or full-time role.

    What You'll Do

    -        Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm client appointments; follow up on leads, referrals, and reschedules

    -        Deliver excellent client service, answer questions, assist with onboarding, track outstanding paperwork

    -        Maintain accurate records in the CRM; log calls, appointments, and follow-ups

    -        Support administrative work: calendars, meeting prep, client files, events/workshops

    -        Once licensed: help clients complete applications, gather documentation, track underwriting status, and coordinate policy delivery


    Requirements

    What We're Looking For

    -        1–3 years in customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, or client-facing admin work

    -        Comfortable and confident making outbound calls; CRM experience a plus

    -        Organized, dependable, self-directed, coachable — and genuinely enjoy talking to people

    -        High school diploma required (Associate's/Bachelor's preferred); active Life Insurance License a strong plus, or willingness to obtain one

    -        Financial services/insurance/banking experience is a bonus, not a requirement

    Schedule & Logistics

    -        15–25 hrs/week, primarily daytime; occasional evenings for client appointments or events

    -        Remote, with occasional in-person meetings as needed

    -        Performance incentives available as productivity and licensing grow
