    Responsibilities

    * Communicate with clients via telephone and email to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments in a timely and professional manner.
    * Maintain and update client information with a high degree of accuracy in the company database.
    * Answer incoming calls, handle enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.
    * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at all times.
    * Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operational workflow.
    * Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team.

    Qualifications
