Appointment Confirmation Specialist

Location: Northwest Houston
Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

We are seeking a dependable and professional Appointment Confirmation Representative to contact customers, verify appointment details, and confirm attendance. The ideal candidate has a clear, friendly phone manner, strong attention to detail, and accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointments.
• Verify customer contact information, appointment dates, times, and locations.
• Provide appointment reminders and any preparation instructions.
• Document call outcomes and update appointment records accurately.
• Identify cancellation or rescheduling requests and coordinate with the appropriate team.
• Answer basic appointment questions and route other inquiries to the appropriate contact.
• Follow up with customers who have not confirmed their appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Previous call center, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
