About the Role:
The Warehouse Logistics Appointment Clerk coordinates inbound and outbound freight appointments to ensure seamless daily warehouse operations. This high-volume administrative role serves as the central communication link between carriers, office staff, and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, handles confidential information with discretion, and multitasks efficiently to resolve scheduling conflicts and support inventory management.

8am to 5pm, plus overtime as required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emails to coordinate, reschedule, and cancel freight appointments based on warehouse availability.
- Identify appropriate appointment types to ensure accurate dock allocation.
- Liaison with carriers, administrative staff, and warehouse teams to answer questions and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare daily warehouse orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Promptly notify supervisors of any issues or delays pertaining to order processing.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills across both corporate office and physical warehouse environments.
- Input logistical data accurately and maintain digital records.
- Handle inventory management tasks and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven data entry and computer proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods in a hybrid office-warehouse environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse teams.
- Absolute commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding operational data.
Preferred Qualifications if applicable:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English is a must).
- Prior experience utilizing logistics and appointment scheduling system platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
- Previous experience in logistics, 3PL
The hourly pay for this role is
$17—$19 USD
