Responsible for implementing and supporting clinical and business applications and collaborating closely with operational stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions effectively align with business processes.I. Major Responsibilities:
Product Evaluation and Application Support:1. Attends product demonstrations and assess system functionality against customer requirements.2. Participates in application upgrade processes, including reviewing and configuring new functionalities, testing features, and developing job aids for users.
Collaboration and Configuration:1. Collaborates with subject matter experts, caregivers, and vendors to evaluate and configure application features.2. Configures application features, security settings, and develop support documentation, including test scripts and workflow diagrams.
Documentation and Training:1. Develops support documentation for application teams, including test scripts, workflow diagrams, and knowledge base articles.2. Partners with the training team to create end-user training materials.
Adaptability:1. Demonstrates adaptability to dynamic responsibilities and evolving project requirements.
Must be able to work off hours as needed and participate in an on-call rotation.

II. Position Qualifications:
Experience/Skills:
Preferred 1. Experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).2. Healthcare experience.
Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to support, optimize, and advance our pharmacy information systems and medication management technology environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of Epic Willow application expertise, pharmacy operations knowledge, automation/medication-dispensing technology experience, and emerging cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.
The successful candidate will serve as a key technical and operational resource for Epic Willow applications, pharmacy automation, medication inventory management, system integrations, and technology optimization. This position will work closely with pharmacy leadership, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nursing, clinical informatics, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, reliable, and innovative medication-management workflows.
The ideal candidate will have active Epic certifications in:
Candidates with all three active certifications are strongly preferred. Candidates who possess a subset of these certifications may be considered if they demonstrate substantial hands-on Epic Willow experience and expertise in pharmacy automation and related cloud platforms, AI, machine learning, automation, and intelligent workflow technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess detailed hands-on technical knowledge of one or more of the following systems, with experience across multiple platforms highly preferred:
A candidate with deep expertise in multiple pharmacy automation platforms will be particularly valuable, especially where that experience includes integration with Epic Willow.
The ideal candidate will also have experience applying modern technology to healthcare IT, including:

Work Schedule & Remote Expectations: This position is primarily day shift and includes a 24-hour on-call requirement on a rotating basis. The position is predominantly remote, with occasional in-office attendance required for system upgrades, typically on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, as well as other business needs when applicable.
