As an Applications Processor, you will be responsible for
Provide administrative support to property management teams and assist with daily operations.
Communicate professionally with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Support leasing procedures, tenant communications, and documentation management.
Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, scheduling, and maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate property and tenant records while entering data into systems such as AppFolio or TenantTech.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
One to three years of experience in property management, leasing, administrative support, or customer service.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail.
