Applications Engineer - Primarily Remote 

A global industrial technology and manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to support customers and sales teams throughout Latin America.

This is a highly hands-on, technical, and customer-facing role focused on equipment testing, application development, troubleshooting, and providing technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and application support to customers and sales teams across Latin America
• Conduct customer application testing and evaluate milling, screening, and powder-processing solutions
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing challenges and develop effective technical solutions
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations
• Partner closely with Sales Managers on customer visits, sales opportunities, and technical discussions
• Work with Engineering, Product Marketing, and other technical teams to evaluate new designs and applications
• Present and demonstrate equipment capabilities, functionality, and value to customers
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
• Travel approximately 30%, including international travel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or related Engineering preferred, plus 5+ years of experience
• Strong mechanical/technical background with hands-on equipment experience
• Experience within pharmaceutical, food, or another regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Experience with CAD, engineering drawings, schematics, pneumatics, electronics, and material characteristics
• Spanish speaking highly preferred
