Direct industry experience engineering thermal fluid heaters, heat exchangers, boilers or similar industrial processing equipment. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited 4 year university.

Applications Engineer

Marietta, GA | On-Site, Flex Hours 

Full Time | $82 - 100K, depending on experience 

Summary:

• The Applications Engineer will provide engineering support for the Aftermarket Parts and Service division.
• To be successful in this role candidates need a detailed understanding of both the technical and business processes related to the design and supply of standardized and custom industrial heating processing equipment.

Job Duties:

• Provide engineering support for customer issues.
• Provide engineering support Service & Parts Department.
• Provide support for retrofit projects as needed. Retrofit support will typically include assistance with quotes and budgeting. This may also require site visits to evaluate customer equipment.
• Manage the details and schedules for all of the above.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited 4 year university
• Direct industry experience engineering thermal fluid heaters, heat exchangers, boilers or similar industrial processing equipment
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Strong customer service mindset
