Engineer
Our client is a well-established manufacturer specializing in engineered nozzles, valves, and spray technology solutions for a broad range of industrial markets. Review customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet application needs. Interpret customer drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Perform engineering calculations and product selection activities. Create technical proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations. Estimate project costs using engineering analysis, historical data, and company tools. Serve as a technical resource for customers, sales teams, and internal departments. Coordinate project handoffs to engineering teams upon order receipt. Support product testing, data collection, and performance evaluations. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and customer training. Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and occasional field support activities. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and priorities. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering tools, processes, and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred. 2-5 years of engineering experience within manufacturing, industrial equipment, process systems, or related industries. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications. CAD experience required. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000. Annual discretionary bonus, historically around $6,000. 401(k) with company match. Comprehensive healthcare benefits. PTO progression based on tenure.
