Job Description

Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and channel partners regarding product selection, application design, and system integration

Review customer specifications and develop engineered solutions aligned with application requirements

Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product configurations

Collaborate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and meet delivery timelines

Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities, performance, and installation requirements

Support product testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts both internally and at customer sites

Assist with commissioning and startup activities to ensure proper system operation

Develop and deliver technical documentation, including submittals, manuals, and application notes

Provide training and technical guidance to customers, sales teams, and field service personnel

Identify opportunities for product improvements and new applications based on customer feedback and market needs

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

3+ years of experience in applications engineering, product engineering, or technical sales support

Strong understanding of industrial equipment, automation systems, or electromechanical products

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system requirements

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with customers

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
