The Office of the State Treasurer operates the states largest banking system managing over 10 billion dollars in annual revenues and over 27 billion dollars in total transactions. Our agency is charged with: investing the States funds to meet the investment objectives of safety, liquidity and yield, and to generate the maximum earnings; locating rightful property owners of unclaimed property; managing the States debt; providing investment options to assist families in securing a college education for their children; and performing the administrative duties of the Office of the State Treasurer, while seeking to maximize the efficiency and public service capability of the office through electronic commerce.
About the Position
This position is responsible for maintaining and developing applications used by the Treasury. Microsoft technology stack .NET, database (SQL Server), and web development experience preferred; front-end and back-end. Experience with authentication and authorization management for securing applications and or APIs using e.g., Microsoft Identity Platform. Cloud development experience not required, but a plus.

Analytical, design, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with software architecture and testing. Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment to meet the needs of end users.

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 7-10+ years of IT experience with emphasis in applications development and support.

Paid Personal Leave and Sick Leave
