Job Summary (Application Analyst):
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing software applications.
- Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules.
- Achieve and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned software applications and related operational workflows.
- Understand and apply clinical or business policies, procedures, and constraints relevant to supported applications.
- Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions for complex problems and requests.
- Support ongoing projects and initiatives, including Security, Rehab, and the Mid-Wilshire move.
- Responsible for Kaleidoscope, Dermatology, and Bones modules.
- Work under the direction of an Application Manager.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding application status and issues.
Required Qualifications:
- EpicCare Ambulatory certification (required)
- Security certification or experience (preferred)
- Kaleidoscope certification or experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Outpatient Rehab, Dermatology, and Bones modules (preferred)
Additional Details:
- Remote position, M-F 8 5, with additional hours as needed
- Assignment duration: ASAP through January 15, 2027 (to cover LOA)
