This role requires in-depth knowledge of assigned system software and cross-functional applications. Conducts regular day-to-day communication, reviews software, demonstrates a deeper understanding of business operations. Works with subject matter experts and end users to tailor the system to fit the organization''s needs. Performs analysis of workflows, data collection, and other technical issues associated with the use of the application software. Is responsible for design, build, testing and maintaining those solutions. Ensures standards of practice for existing and planned systems remain compatible within IT Infrastructure and other software applications. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards.

Starting pay begins at $77,563.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $77,563.20 - $116,334.40 per year
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
