We're looking for someone who loves solving complex problems, challenging assumptions, and finding answers where others stop looking.

Our team sits at the intersection of Technology, Operations, and Finance, supporting business-critical applications and processes. Success in this role is not measured by how quickly you escalate an issue, but by your ability to investigate, understand, and solve it.

If you enjoy digging through data, reading logs and code to uncover the root cause, and continuously improving how things work, we'd love to meet you.

What tasks can you expect with us?

Investigate and resolve incidents

• Own production incidents from investigation to resolution
• Analyze application logs, system behavior, and business processes to identify root causes
• Distinguish symptoms from underlying problems and prioritize based on business impact
• Work closely with Development, Operations, and Business teams to drive solutions

Follow the trail

• Use SQL to analyze large datasets, identify anomalies, and uncover patterns
• Investigate issues where the answer may be hidden within millions of records
• Review Java code to understand application behavior and troubleshoot problems
• Develop a deep understanding of business and financial workflows

Improve and optimize

• Identify recurring issues and eliminate root causes
• Challenge inefficient processes and propose better ways of working
• Automate repetitive tasks wherever possible
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

What do we want from you?

Required

• Strong SQL skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving
• Solid understanding of Java applications and the ability to navigate application code for troubleshooting
• Experience analyzing application logs and diagnosing production issues
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems

Nice to have

• Experience with Grafana, Elasticsearch, Zabbix or similar monitoring tools
• Experience with Jira or other Atlassian products
• Exposure to financial services, trading, or other transaction-heavy environments
• Experience with Linux and command-line tools
