Application Support Engineer (ONSITE)

We're seeking an Application Support Engineer to join a growing team supporting trading, CRM, and business-facing platforms. This person will troubleshoot user issues, investigate system incidents, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors. This role requires 5-days onsite in Midtown Manhattan for the first 90 days.

Description

• Provide day-to-day support for trading, CRM, and business applications, helping ensure critical systems run smoothly.
• Troubleshoot user issues, investigate system incidents, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist with onboarding, access management, system testing, and operational processes.
• Partner with business users and stakeholders to support new initiatives while delivering a high level of customer service.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial services, trading, capital markets, or financial technology; internship experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills with a desire to learn and grow in a support environment.
• Familiarity with Excel and data analysis; exposure to SQL, Python, databases, or production support tools is beneficial but not required.
