• Operating System experience: UNIX or Linux
• Cloud: Eligible to workP
• Tools- Grafana, Splunk, Geneos, Ansible, Control-M, Terraform, GitHub/GitHub Action
• Roles & Responsibilities
• Production Support, PL-SQL, Unix, ITIL (Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management,
• Change Management, Continual Service Improvement), Eligible to workP.
• Knowledge of any monitoring tools good to have, Understanding of DevOps/automation good to have

Associate is expected to provide L2 support for critical investment banking applications
