Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities : As a Team Center Unified Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Responsibilities: As a Team Center Unified Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Siemens TeaCliententer is required.
Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system stability and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs and project goals.
Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative approaches to prevent future issues and optimize workflows.
