Job Description & Skill Requirements:
Key responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across applications, including Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
- Manage Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents, ensuring timely resolution and rapid restoration of services.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring issues.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 8 years of experience in Engineering Application Support (AMS).
- Experience supporting Bluebeam, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Engineering applications.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT background.
