Description
Join our team as an Application Support Analyst responsible for maintaining and improving technology platforms for trading businesses. This hybrid role involves supporting critical systems, managing incidents, and ensuring platform stability. You will work closely with various teams to deliver solutions that support business growth, utilizing a range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for trading platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents by collaborating with relevant teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions post-incident.
- Communicate platform status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and validation activities for new releases.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in application support, particularly in trading environments.
- Experience with Fixed Income products and electronic trading platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-call and manage system support rotations.
