RESPONSIBILITIES
Investigate and resolve production application, data, and integration issues.
Analyze application logs and system behavior to identify root causes of production failures.
Use SQL to investigate data issues and troubleshoot application behavior.
Monitor applications, batch processes, reports, APIs, integrations, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
Manage multiple production incidents while maintaining clear communication with business and technology stakeholders.
Maintain runbooks, incident records, troubleshooting procedures, and operational documentation.
Improve monitoring and identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks.
Participate in rotational off-hours and weekend production support.
Role Requirements:
3 to 5 years of application or production support experience.
