Sierra ITS has been asked by the nation's top company in its industry to identify someone like you to join its small existing team of Application Support Analysts, whose mission is to provide the highest level of support for several of its most critical enterprise applications.

You'll be trained on the technology, then do what you do...become an SME in record time. This highly specialized team takes great pride in its resolution rate - and your efforts will have a measurable impact on this metric. You'll support, test, analyze, debug, and document complex software systems.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• On-site in Lake Forest office

Required

• 3+ years of supporting corporate business applications
• SQL (read/interpret tables and columns)
• Testing (UAT)
• Superb customer service skills
• Fast, aggressive learner

This is a long-term contract-to-hire position - you will be a full-time contract employee of Sierra ITS (with benefits) working on-site with our client. We'll pay a competitive hourly rate (~$42/hr) and provide the support you need while you dazzle with your skills, earning you the opportunity to convert to direct-hire status. Salary (80k), great benefits, perks, and a long-term career path are all included.
