Akkodis is seeking an Application Support Analyst I for a Contract job with a client in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in data validation, SAP, GIS, and application support, along with strong attention to detail and data management skills.
Rate Range: $23/hour to $25/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Application Support Analyst I Job Responsibilities Include:
Review, validate, update, and maintain data within internal systems and databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Analyze and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors through detailed investigation and validation procedures.
Review engineering sketches, supporting documentation, and related records to verify completeness and accuracy.
Create, update, and maintain maps utilizing GIS tools and applications while ensuring data accuracy and proper geographic representation.
Support data governance initiatives by adhering to internal controls, data quality standards, and operational procedures.
Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Zero to two years of experience in application support, data management, GIS support, administrative support, or related roles.
Experience working with SAP systems and supporting business or operational data processes.
Familiarity with GIS software, mapping technologies, and geographic data management concepts.
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to perform accurate data review, validation, and entry activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting utility, energy, engineering, infrastructure, or field operations environments.
Familiarity with work order management processes, asset management systems, and data governance practices.
Knowledge of database maintenance, reporting, and business process documentation.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Understanding of data integrity controls, validation procedures, and compliance requirements.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
