    Fusion HCR is seeking an Application Support Administrator II to support business-critical applications within a leading luxury resort and casino environment. This role offers the opportunity to configure operational workflows, design application solutions, develop integrations, and provide Level 2 and on-call support. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, vendors, and IT professionals to deliver reliable solutions that support business operations. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments.Position OverviewFusion HCR is seeking an Application Support Administrator II to serve as a subject matter expert across application configuration, business logic, systems integration, and operational support. The role will gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.This professional will support multiple application environments, manage escalated technical issues, develop action plans, and contribute to process improvement and systems development initiatives. The position also includes independently managing short-duration projects, typically lasting one to three months, while maintaining strong documentation and delivering against demanding timelines.Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for application configuration, operational workflows, business logic, and system integrations.
    • Gather business, functional, and technical requirements from users and stakeholders.
    • Design solutions supporting systems development, process improvement, organizational change, strategic planning, and policy development.
    • Partner with Product Managers, vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams to address business opportunities and issues.
    • Provide input for project sizing and effort modeling.
    • Provide Level 2 application support and participate in on-call support.
    • Manage escalated technical situations and develop documented action plans.
    • Independently manage short-duration projects under the direction of Project and Product Managers.
    • Maintain expertise across multiple application environments.
    • Contribute application knowledge and support to major projects while maintaining clear support documentation.
    Required Qualifications
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Associate degree or equivalent experience in application support and coding.
    • Five years of information technology experience.
    • At least three years of hands-on experience designing, coding, and configuring operational applications.
    • Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, assessing implications, and providing consultative recommendations.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain valid Nevada Control Board registration and other required licenses or certifications.
    • Experience with application support and coding, including platforms such as workflow, access management, digital signage, or SharePoint applications.
    • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics 365, CRM, HTML, .NET, and iSeries/AS400 applications and operating systems.
    • Exposure to casino or hotel applications, including VConnect, CDP/Adobe, or mobile applications.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Availability for on-call support, nights, weekends, and holidays.
